Whether its for one restaurant or for 100 restaurants, we can custom blend spices to your specifications. Packed in 1 gallon jugs, 5 lb. bags, 10 lb. bags, 20 lb. boxes, or even 50 lb. sacks, no job is too large or too small.

As one of the founders of Progress Grocery and the original creators of the famous Muffuletta, we produce and distribute prepared whole muffulettas, mini-muffulettas, and gourmet sandwiches.

Progress Grocery was founded by Bartholomew Perrone in 1924 as an Italian grocery store and deli. The birthplace of the New Orleans famous Muffuletta. The following generations have taken the family business to new heights. The company has flourished and grown tremendously into what Perrone and Sons, LLC is today.
